Do you serve clients outside Wilmington, DE?
Yes. We serve Wilmington and surrounding areas including Greenville, Hockessin, Newark, Montchanin, and the greater Brandywine Valley, plus select locations in Pennsylvania like Glen Mills, Chadds Ford, and Kennett Square. Custom arrangements are available beyond these areas.

Home Management
Do I need to be home while services are performed?
No. Many tasks can be completed while you’re away, and we can supervise services such as repairs or deliveries in your absence.
How often can services be scheduled?
We offer one-time sessions, flexible monthly plans, or full membership packages depending on your needs.
Event Support
What types of events do you support?
We assist with birthdays, dinner parties, corporate events, intimate gatherings, and larger celebrations.
Can you assist only on the day of the event?
Yes. We can provide full planning support or just day-of assistance.
New Baby Prep
Do you offer ongoing support after the baby arrives?
We can provide continued support for household management, meal prep, errands, and other tasks following baby’s arrival through our package options.
*Intensive support via postpartum doula services are provided through our sister company: Divine Feminine Wellness. (individual pricing depends on level of care desired – see site for details.)
Pet Concierge
Do you care for all types of pets?
We love pets and have experience with dogs, cats, and small animals, but for safety reasons, we do not handle aggressive pets. All animals must be approachable and manageable for our team. We’re happy to discuss your pet’s needs to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone.
Travel Services
How can you assist with travel?
We handle packing, itinerary coordination, household preparation, and post-trip organization. We can also manage mail, deliveries, and home monitoring while you’re away.
Can you prepare my home before travel?
Absolutely. We ensure your home is safe, organized, and ready for your absence.
Errand Services
Can errands be done on short notice?
Yes, when possible. We recommend scheduling ahead for optimal efficiency. (Elite membership includes VIP prioroty scheduling.)
Home Monitoring
What does home monitoring include?
Regular check-ins on your home, supervision of contractors or service providers, managing deliveries, and ensuring your home stays organized and secure while you’re away.
Can monitoring be combined with other services?
Yes. Many clients combine home monitoring with travel services, errand running, or home management for seamless support.
Service Areas & Availability
Where do you provide services?
We typically provide services within a 25 mile radius of our home base of Wilmington, Delaware. These areas include: Greenville, Hockessin, Newark, Montchanin, Brandywine Valley (DE), and select PA locations like Glen Mills, Chadds Ford, and Kennett Square. If you’re outside these areas, call us.
Can you accommodate homes outside these areas?
Yes. We discuss customized arrangements for locations just beyond our standard service area.
